A News mod that I wrote for phpbb3. PHPBB3 is lacking in news mods, and the simpler, easier to use (not counting portals) mods have all been lost in upgrades from version 2 to 3. Its very easy to use, has an easy to edit template and config file; shouldnt be too hard to get up and running.
